Refund and cancellation policy

Bids are payments for advertising space that is shown immediately, so they can't be cancelled or refunded once your listing is on the board, including when someone else outbids you.

When we do refund

• If money left your account but your listing never appeared on the board.
• If you were charged twice for the same bid.

Write to riyasingh10x@gmail.com with your payment ID within 7 days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
